Royal Caribbean's Adventure of the Seas
Join us for a fun and easy Friends & Family Cruise next summer, designed with first-time cruisers in mind. This trip is a chance to relax, explore, enjoy great food, and make memories together without having to figure everything out on your own. Whether you’re cruising as a couple, bringing the kids, or traveling with friends, we’ll help walk you through the process from choosing a room to getting ready for boarding day. Your travel agents will also be traveling with the group, so you’ll have help available before and during the cruise.
Room Type Two People Three People Four People

Oceanview Balcony $1817 $3151 $2869
Suites $2794 $3191 $3588
Final payment is due by April 1, 2027. A deposit of $100 at the time of booking is required to hold your spot.
Cruise prices and cabin availability can change at any time. Your rate is only locked in once your reservation is booked and your deposit has been paid.
I’ll always provide the most current pricing available when I quote your trip. Price decreases are not guaranteed, but when eligible price drops are offered, I’ll apply them whenever possible.
One quick note: cruise pricing does not always work the way hotel pricing does. Sometimes a cabin for 3 guests can cost more than a cabin for 4 guests because of available promotions, guest-count discounts, taxes, fees, or the specific cabin category being priced. In some cases, it may also be better to book two separate connecting rooms instead of one room for 4 guests. This can sometimes provide more space, an extra bathroom, and better pricing depending on the available promotions and cabin inventory. Check FAQs for more information.

Yes! This cruise is being planned with first-time cruisers in mind. We’ll walk you through the process, including choosing a room, understanding what’s included, checking in, packing, and knowing what to expect once you’re on board. We'll be with you before the cruise, after the cruise, and even on the cruise.
Yes. Your travel agents will be traveling with the group, so you’ll have help available before and during the trip. We’ll be there to answer questions, help with general guidance, and make the experience easier for first-time cruisers.
No. This is your vacation. We may have optional group activities, meetups, dinners, or photos, but you can participate as much or as little as you want.
Interior rooms are usually the most budget-friendly. Ocean View rooms include a window. Balcony rooms give you private outdoor space. Suites offer the most space and extra comfort. The best choice depends on your budget, family size, and how much time you plan to spend in the room.
A passport is strongly recommended. Some closed-loop cruises from the United States may allow other documents, such as an official birth certificate and government-issued photo ID, but requirements can vary based on the itinerary and each traveler’s situation. We’ll help point you in the right direction, but final document rules come from the cruise line and government requirements.
Pack travel documents, medications, comfortable clothes, swimwear, sunscreen, dinner outfits, phone chargers, toiletries, and anything important in your carry-on bag. Checked luggage may not arrive at your room right away on boarding day.
You’ll arrive at the port during your assigned arrival window, drop checked luggage with the porters, go through security and check-in, board the ship, explore, eat lunch, complete the safety/muster process, and wait for cabins to open later in the day.
Yes. The ship offers activities for different ages, including pools, Splashaway Bay, teen areas, shows, games, sports activities, and more. Specific activities may vary by ship and sailing.
Activities may include Perfect Storm waterslides, ice skating, Splashaway Bay, rock climbing, mini golf, FlowRider, teen lounge, nighttime movies by the pool, pool parties, karaoke, comedy shows, game shows, live auctions, and world-class entertainment.
We’ll do our best to help coordinate dining requests for the group. Seating together may depend on availability, dining time, group size, and the cruise line’s dining policies.

Should I book now or wait for a price drop?
For this group cruise, booking early is usually the better move.
Cruise prices can change at any time, and waiting does not guarantee a lower price. In fact, as rooms sell, prices often go up, and certain room types may sell out. Booking now helps lock in your current rate, room type, and location.
The good news is that if the price drops before final payment, we can check whether your reservation qualifies for a price adjustment. Royal Caribbean’s Best Price Guarantee says eligible bookings can request a price match before final payment or within 24 hours of booking.
So the safest option is usually:
Book early, secure your room, and let us watch for price drops when possible.
Waiting may save money, but it can also mean fewer room choices, higher prices, or missing the group space altogether
Your cruise fare generally includes your cabin, most meals, entertainment, pools, many onboard activities, and transportation between ports. Included options may vary by ship, but there is plenty to enjoy without buying extras.
Cruise pricing can be a little different from hotel pricing. Sometimes a cabin for 3 guests may cost more than a cabin for 4 guests because of how cruise promotions, taxes, port fees, cabin categories, and guest-count discounts are applied.
For example, a cruise line may be offering a promotion where the 3rd and 4th guests receive a special discount, or the available cabins for 3 guests may be in a different category than the cabins available for 4 guests.
Because of this, I always check the current pricing based on your exact number of guests before giving a quote.
It depends on pricing and availability. Sometimes, one room for 4 guests is the best option, especially if you want to keep everyone together and keep the total cost lower.
Other times, booking two connecting rooms may be a better choice. Two rooms can sometimes give you:
More space
Two bathrooms
More privacy
More beds
Double the on-board credit
A better overall price, depending on current promotions
When quoting your trip, I’ll compare the best available options and let you know if one room or two connecting rooms makes more sense for your family.
Common extras may include gratuities, specialty dining, alcoholic drinks, soda packages, Wi-Fi, shore excursions, casino, spa services, photos, some room service, and travel insurance.
Yes. Once your deposit is paid, you can usually make payments over time as long as the full balance is paid by the final payment deadline.
Final payment is typically due before sailing. For this trip, 90 days before July 5, 2027 is April 6, 2027. Exact payment deadlines will be confirmed with your reservation.
Prices are not locked in until your reservation is booked and deposit is paid. Cruise pricing and cabin availability can change at any time.
Yes, many food options are included, such as the main dining room, buffet, and select casual dining spots. Specialty restaurants and some room service may cost extra.
Travel insurance is not required, but it is strongly recommended. It may help protect your trip investment if something unexpected happens before or during travel. Coverage varies by plan, so it’s important to review the details before purchasing.
